Sometimes, the simplest recipes can be the ones to wow the crowd the most. This is one of those.
I always forget about this recipe, but whenever my husband suggests it, the deliciousness comes running back into my brain and the answer is YES! Let's make it! We've added a few touches just to give it that extra flavor boost and it seems to have improved it that much more.
This is a perfect game time snack, and even though my men in green and gold lost their first game, I'll continue to watch (and snack) for the rest of the season!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
1/2 cup Wing Sauce (we like Frank's Red Hot)
8oz block Cream Cheese, softened
1/8 cup Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp Scallions, chopped

8oz block Cream Cheese, softened
1/8 cup Ranch Dressing Mix
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp Scallions, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread cream cheese on the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle with ranch dressing mix. Mix chicken and wing sauce in separate bowl, then spread evenly on top of cream cheese.
Place dish in oven for 20 minutes. Remove and top with cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with scallions.
Serve with crackers (or a spoon if you're like my husband and I).
